Tamron has announced its latest lens and this time they are showing some love to Sony’s APS-C Shooters. The Tamron 17-70mm F2.8 Di III-A VC RXD lens will be available in mid-January for $799 / £779.00.

I think this will make an excellent replacement for the kit lens (whether you consider the 16-50 or the 18-135 as the kit lens).
Now if only Tamron would make an APSC version of their 70-180 f2.8... I think I need a side job to pay for these lenses in 2021
