Teleconverter That Works with Tamron 70-180?

Is there currently a teleconverter that works with the Tamron 70-180, or has anyone heard if Tamron is planning on making a teleconverter that works with emount?

Also when you use a teleconverter, do you lose any image quality?

Incompatible with teleconverters ,not sure there is enough room with rear element on the 70-180mm
