Very nice wasp/bee images Keith - clear and sharp at the intended focus point, the two bugs seem to have been more of a challenge in identifying the intended image critical focus point given the DOF limitations of your macro lens......

Yes they where a bit of a challenge… .. I had to really lean in to the plant beds and wasn’t at an optimal angle or steady enough..

Yes you are right, macro demands a balanced and steady position when you are playing with DOFs of 1 or 2 millimetres and
at higher magnifications sometimes less.......
