For me who live well inland and don't get to see this sort of thing I would think it would have to be sort of windy for the waves to be thrown up as these in the shots. But if you look at the people close by especially the lady who hair is not even moving.
So this to me says that it is not windy there but the waves are still hitting hard.
What ever it is I like what I see.
