Problem when shooting a computer or tablet screen

If any of you encountered this situation: When photographing a white screen of a computer, phone or tablet, it does not appear white and the light tends to turn red (red color) even if the temperature is locked or a profile picture, the same problem exists! I will show you 2 videos explaining both problems

But i tried shooting same scenes with same lighting with iphone or a canon 250D and no problems happened like the sony sensor did

Is it possible to bea a global issue in Sony cameras?

I would go through the camera settings. It does not come from the factory like that. And, no, it does ot happen to me.

• 35.0 mm
• ƒ/4
• 1/200 sec
• ISO 2000
