Wild Goose Island

I managed to visit Glacier National Park before Going-To-The-Sun road was restricted to travel between West Glacier and Rising Sun, literally a couple of days before access to Saint Mary Lake was closed for the season. I stopped at a turn-off for Wild Goose Island. It wasn't until after I posted the image on social media that I learned the story behind the name.
