Sigma MC-11 Firmware Update v1.21

Sigma has released firmware update v1.21 for their MC-11 adapter.

The new firmware adds support for the following lenses:

  • Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 DG HSM | Art for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.01.
  • Sigma 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.04.
  • Sigma 85mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.03.
  • Sigma 500mm F４ DG OS HSM | Sports for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.02.

Note: Before updating the SIGMA MOUNT CONVERTER MC-11 firmware, please ensure SIGMA Optimization Pro has been updated to ver. 1.5.0 or later.

The Sigma 45mm F2.8 DG DN for Sony E-mount has also received firmware version ’02,’ that Sigma says corrects an issue wherein blur can occur when using the lens with Sony’s in-body image stabilization.

All of these updates can be downloaded through Sigma’s Optimization Pro program, which is available for macOS and Windows computers.
