Sony has identified an issue with a batch of CEA-G series memory cards. These memory cards may not be recognised or may fail to save images in low-temperature conditions, around -10 degrees Celsius.
Sony are offering a free repair program from June 26, 2024 until June 29, 2029 for the affected memory cards to address this.
If your memory card is part of this batch, please get in touch with a Sony Alpha Authorized Service Center within the specified repair period to receive a free repair.
