Today was the second time I have photographed this newly found magnificent tree, with strong winds and moody clouds with off and on rain showers. I knew it had to be in black and white to emphasise the detailed structure of this tree from the strong dark trunk feathering to the dark branches to a slightly less contrast in the smaller twiglet branches.
