Sony A7R IV A7r iv and Godox v860ii question

I traded my a7r iii for an a7r iv and put my Godox v860ii on it yesterday. A7r iv tells me that flash is not compatible with the camera. Is this a firmware update for the camera or do I need the Godox v860iii?

I have a similar question. I have a Godox TT685 and a Sony A7RIV. I am wondering if they are compatible.

I apparently was having a horrible electronics day because I found the manual on-line for the Godox flash and now they work together. I had the settings completely wrong, so now the camera and flash are communicating.
