Audio Levels and Rode wireless go 2

my friends, good day. I've hooked the rode wireless go 2 to my sony a74 but I notice the levels are not the same. I am no audio guy but this seems strange. Can you explain/Help. I'

Are they in the right port? The mic port vs the headphones port.

Yes it is the receiver is plugged into the red plugin power port
