Birds Australasian Grebe

I got this little one in a wetlands not that far from home. I do like them as they slowly come closer to you.
Went I get to wetlands these are always on the I hope I get a shot of one.

Looks very much like our little grebe Ralph. Their old name was "dabchick", which I still use, because I like it.
