The built-in Noise Reduction tool in Capture One Pro.

This owl was unperturbed by my presence, so I got in a little closer. This second shot has a messier background, but since I was closer (shorter zoom), I lowered the shutter speed and ISO. I was happier with the dark background, which is why I posted the first photo above.

This is the first Barred Owl I've seen since last year. This one was supervising some workers preparing a building site. That section of the fence was tilted at a weird angle.
