C/2024 G3 (ATLAS) Comet

Just wondering if anyone has managed to spot this comet yet. I believe it will be visible in the Southern Hemisphere around/after sunset over the next week or so. I don't know if it is even visible with the naked eye. I am planning on doing a bit of a reconnaissance mission tomorrow evening. I'm going to drive down the coast to somewhere (hopefully) dark & see if I can see it. The biggest problem, at the moment, is that it's the busiest time of the school summer holidays so anywhere along the coast south of here will be very busy. I'll let you all know how I go.

Haven't seen it yet, but hoping to do something similar over the coming few days. Good luck with the crowds Richard.
