Nice! Not sure why, but I really like the shots with the fence in the background.

Cheers. Yes it adds some context though they send an awful lot of time in the open.

I think it's just the texture and color. It compliments the deer and adds something other than green bokeh. I really like the shot with the fawns too.

Yes, 3 generations of Deer there, the Bambi is this years birth, the other 2 last year, and the big lad is around 6/7.
