Was able to capture this little guy in our Garden catching 2 mice... Pretty cool.

Cool, I notice in the title you refer to it as a weasel and in the photos a stoat. I'd say that is a weasel, the stoat has a longer tail, the tip of which is black.

Happy to be corrected though.

You are correct Dave....when I saved the photos...I thought it was a Stoat...then was corrected on a FB Page and did some research... in the 3rd photo, you can see that the tail is very short and brown, thus a Mouse Weasel. I am so grateful you noticed this :). thank you for responding.

Tim, Hopefully that won't happen, I thought that the Pine Martens did that....we have one of those around as well. They are huge....only come out at night and eat what is in our Bird feeder :)

Nice photo 's. So cute that weasel. Although it's a killer. In the nearby Netherlands the Beech/Stone Marten is notorious for such cable action. In our former home in the Netherlands our peacocks were killed by most probably such an animal. They are protected! If such an animal houses under your roof, you will have to live with it!
