The DSC-R1 with a "fixed" zoomlens. An excellent Zeiss 16-80. I bought it as a backup for my troublesome KM 7D (worst buy ever....). An impulse purchase just before our trip to India, march 2006. It turned out to be a big discovery. Soon it became my main camera with the KM as a backup. I had a lot of advantage of the possibility of placement of the LCD screen on top of the camera. My knees are not that flexible any more and so it was easy to reach quickly a lower POV. Sometimes you don't have much time to make your considerations because a scene is loosing it's spontaneity quickly.

My first Sony was an RX100iii, which I still have. That ultimately led me to getting the A7RV and about six moths ago got a used RX100vii.

This is the bar in one of our favourite pubs, the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel.

My first Sony was the A350, back in 2009. I don't keep many pictures from then as they were stored in an old computer that it's no longer working, but the few that I have don't look that bad, given it was old gear and I was still learning the basics back then.

Nice shot. I like the atmospheric low saturation. And the street not totally burned out. I usually need a lot of space for my fingers. Once had a pocket size camera. not a Sony sand mostly unused.
