So I have swapped over to using a higher Shutter speed as I am missing so many birds in flight.
I came here had a look at peoples settings and decided you lot are killing them and I am not so follow what is working for others.
Plus I have gone with a higher ISO as you need to bring back the light and this is a few what I got on test day one.

This one was walking real close to me so there was no waiting around or I would have been of as well. I have got the patience of a grasshopper.
