Another feature that the new forum software update enables is an enhanced search system to help surface existing threads and prevent duplication.
There are two features that will help with this:
1. Already Discussed
If you create a new post and start typing out the title, the forum will automatically suggest similar threads that have already been discussed. Once of these might already answer your question, if not, just keep typing!
2. Similar Threads
At the bottom of a thread and underneath the reply box you'll now see a new widget that displays similar threads that might be of interest to you.
Hopefully you'll find these two new features useful to both find content and prevent duplication of content.
