It looks like the crew of this particular boat (same as two posts above) like to feed the seagulls. Although, shortly after sunrise, it was pretty dark until the clouds broke an hour later.

As I was getting ready to take this shot, I paused for a moment to revel in just being there.
5:55 a.m., half an hour before sunrise.

The tide was out, the water was shallow, and the boats had to negotiate between the sandbars. The water reflected the light in the sky, and the darkness above the bright water is the sand. Above that is a freight train, and trees and the sky beyond that.
