I found a secondhand video head in town the other day. I reckon it works well.

Been trying to catch that Earthshine I mentioned before, but still enjoying a clean crescent shot. So here are two crescent moons almost a month apart:

I think getting any amount of Earthshine in a single image is going to be pretty difficult.

agreed, I took higher ISO versions to merge, but I have to admit I don't know what I'm doing in that regard. I gave up and posted the crescent shots that were exposed normally for the moon's surface.
