Just want to say sorry for not being on as much as I should be not that there is a certain amount of time we must be on here.
I am doing a battle with body issues as well as it has been well over 40 degree C here for a long while and this just makes it
impossible to get out as even the birds go into hiding.
So I will try to pull my finger out and get back onboard as soon as I can.

As others have said, no need to be sorry. Make sure you are staying safe, and as well as possible. Hopefully we will be enjoying your shots again soon, but make sure you're able to get some enjoyment while you are out there taking them. Unfortunately this time of year the weather can be difficult or even dangerous for both people and animals. It has been uncomfortable enough down here, but you've had some scorchers up there.

Good to hear from you Ralph but sorry to hear that you have been struggling with health issues and the heat. Don't worry at all about being absent from the forum, your health comes first. Are there any indications that the heat will be letting up soon? I'd probably melt if it was 40 degrees here!

I just thought it was the right thing to do as it has been a while. Arthritis, back, knee and wrist then throw in the very hot days has made it so close to impossible to get out. I think we were starting to drop but they said on Sunday we are back in the 40's. Thanks for your comments.

That is the thing getting the body issues under control as when it looks like rain I am a walking pain ball. So when it comes clear I hope to be right. Thanks as well.

I have always said no bird is worth your life which if you get Sun Stroke and you are out alone it can be dangerous. So That is a reason to stay home as well as the other issues, but as soon as I have new material I will be back and thanks also Tim.
