Hi there, I'm really pleased to see the creation of this forum as I don't enjoy using fb as much as I used to so really welcome an alternative way of meeting likeminded photographers and a more direct way of getting advice, and maybe even giving it if I feel brave enough!

I'm still very new to the Sony A series, I switched from Canon EOS to a Sony A6500 and must admit to still struggling a little to get used to the controls but I am hanging on in there, my biggest gripe is the closeness of the controls to each other. I am mainly into landscape and love the editing process, using LR and PS.

Thank you for joining Kazza and introducing yourself. I'm sure you will soon get the hang of the a6500 and be helping others to get the most out of it before you know it! I understand what you mean about the controls on the a6500, it's the same on the other APS-C bodies sadly. Hopefully we will see an APS-C camera in a slightly larger body at some point.

An APS-C sensor in an A9 body with A9 AF would be amazing!

I'm not sure we'll see one anytime soon tough........ if ever!
