Sony A7R IV Wide zoom for a7R IV

Recent convert from Canon. Currently have a Canon 16-35L f4 which I like very much. Also use the Metabones V adapter. Just wondering how much I'd be better off using either the 16-35 f2.8 or the 16-35 f4 Sony lenses?

I switched over to Sony last year with the A7R4 and I have the 16-35 F2.8 GM lens. I cannot comment on the Canon comparison since I came from Nikon, but this lens is awesome and weighed the same as my old 16-35mm F4 Nikon lens. This is the sharpest lens that I own. Very happy with it.

Thanks for the reply Mark. Still torn because I really like the Canon and I still have a 6D that I use for infrared, so I’d probably need both. I’m sure the Sony would perform much better with the a7R4...
