Your Photo of the Week

Very nice Kev! You need to get yourself one of those floating hides 😀

Cheers Tim. I can't swim which could lead to death by misadventure :D
Just get yourself some arms bands and you’ll be fine Kev 😀 I’m naff at swimming too, I just splash lots and don’t really go anywhere!

Week 8. The weather actually turned nice enough to get out for the first time in 3 weeks (I've been working on other good days) and I found a couple of lovely Stonechats on the local beach.

We don't often get fog around here so last night was one of those times when I took a look outside and immediately reached for a camera....

Week 9. I've been ill and so haven't been out at all, also why I've not been active here, but managed an afternoon out today. This stunningly marked Marsh Harrier was a highlight.

Hey, Kev.
I'm glad you were able to get out today. Feel better soon.

I really thought that legend status would have been a cure of all illnesses mate! Guess I was wrong...

Nothing will make you feel better than doing what you love to do. Hope what you are going through is a fast turn around. Sending my best wishes pal. 🙂

Cheers ST and Clint. Clint, you are dead right. I've been staying off of all social media because seeing everyones photos was getting me down, especially as prior to my illness we had 2 weeks of rain, so I've been stuck inside for a month. Getting out is a big thing for me, and most photographers. Thankfully Spring is here and it's a great time to get out locally.

Week 10. Finally getting out again and a full day today provided fantastic views of some Male Spoonbills in breeding plumage. Stunning birds. Many more pics to come.
