They are on a pond in a wildlife park, but we do now have small numbers of these breeding in some parts of the country, originally from released or escaped collection birds. I love them, beautiful birds

I am fairly sure this is a New Holland Honeyeater.

Shot at f/2.8, 1/2000, ISO 250, 200mm on the Sony 70-200mm GM II on the A9 III - I had to rely on autofocus because the bird was dancing around
the flower.Unsurprisingly, the A9 III nailed it.
